BARACK OBAMA

TOP STORY OF THE WEEK
BARACK OBAMA: A MESSAGE OF CHANGE!

Senator Barack Obama
wins Iowa vote, beating out Senator Hillary Clinton. Speculation arises over whether or not Barack's camp made phone calls to pollers who may or may not have opted out as supporters within deadlines. Barack supporters retaliate by sending documentation of possible tampering with voting machines by company that disburses them when news arrives that Hillary won  New Hampshire vote. Hillary shows a softer side of her IRON WILL persona upon breaking out in tears live on air. She states, "I don't want this country to fall backwards." Viewers have mixed reviews of her remarks.

Crown Publishing orders 500,000 copies of Barack Obama's Audacity of Hope with recent popularity of senator during his campaign. Barack has managed to raise as much money as Senator Hillary Clinton with his campaign and reluctant voters are now considering voting after years of abstaining from polls and believing their votes could not make a difference. Many clothing wear companies are capitalizing off of Barack's slogan, "It's time for change," but supporters are urging people to visit Barack's official site to make donations there.

Oprah joins Barack's campaign bringing out over 30,000 supporters for a recent campaign rally. Barack heads to New York to continue the spirit of the primaries. He appears on Tyra Bank's show, but mixed reviews speculate that his presence on Tyra's show may not have solidified his image in the beginning of the interview because Tyra asks can she and her mom come over to the White House and sleep in Lincoln's bed for a slumber party.

The audience member's  eyes flair. Tyra let's go of her nervousness and pulls a "TYRA" or more like a Tyrannosaurus VEX. She's known to ask some bizarre questions that get her into trouble, but this one took the cake with perhaps lighthearted humor, but folks carefully observed the senator to see what his response would be. He wouldn't make that promise for Tyra and her mother, but he did say that he would invite them over for a barbecue if he wins.

Later on during the show, he relives his basketball days and attempts to make a basket, but misses. He makes it on the second shot which appears hopeful.  Tyra responds, "He's human!" Barack shares his personal plight with U.S. healthcare upon losing his mother to Ovarian Cancer. This redeems his image almost immediately on the show. He than evokes ovation when he states he will bring U.S. Soldiers home if he wins, but of course, some part of the U.S. military will need to stay in command to disable any opposing forces by at least 2013. Tyra scores a point by doing her homework and stating that even Hillary Clinton agreed with him.

Finally, Senator Barack Obama reiterates that he has held numerous positions as a political leader for 20 years and has as much experience as any of the other candidates. He seems to be very geniune and down to earth. He seems to be very honest as well, admitting he stopped smoking only serveral months ago. He seems to be an advocate for domestic issues and U.S. world peace and stern on his issues. Most of all, he listens to every day people and fits the image of a family man with a strong and stable family, all pluses that could put Barack in office and erase the issue of race, period!

America wants a stable leader, likeable leader, articulate leader and smart leader. Maybe Tyra's barage of nervous-filled, but at home questions actually helped. Young voters love when leaders handle themselves with integrity despite any situation. What's your take, contact THE LITERARY HEAT and Disilgold Staff at
